Conditions for participation and advices
Service: Participation fee and services are valid .
The registration is binding after receipt of the registration form by ECREF European centre for Refractories gem. GmbH.
The invoice is at the same time the confirmation of the registration.
For cancellation made before 30.09.2011 (date of delivery) there will be charged a 30 % service fee. No refund will be possible for cancellation after 01.10.2011.
It is possible to transfer the registration should you not be able to participate personally. If that is done after 01.10.2011 it will not be possible to include the person in the list of participants.

Entrance to the presentations is only permitted to participants who paid the conference fee.
Remaining conference fees can be paid at the conference by cash or credit card.
You will receive your colloquium documents at the registration counter at EUROGRESS Aachen. The documents will not be mailed.
For 40,00 € all non-participants can purchase at the registration counter vouchers for the reception at the KRÖNUNGSSAAL,
Non-participants can acquire coupons for the lunch (27,00 €).
The organizer is not held liable for damages on people and property which are cause as a result of participation during the conference.

All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the participant.
It is requested that collective remittances should be accompanied by a name list.
If you register late you are kindly requested to present a copy of the paying-in slip for the
registration fee when calling for the colloquium documents.
