Instructions for speakers / chairs

The time for presentation is limited to 15 minutes for each speaker; 5 minutes of discussion are provided. Presenting language is German or English.

If you will be unable to attend the meeting, please notify the Scientific Secretariat as soon as possible in writing.

The presentation will be printed without corrections of the editorial office.

The organiser will provide a beamer system in each technical session room. The display of a film will not be accepted.

We ask you not to make advertising in your presentation and manuscript.

You are allowed to use a company logo in the MS-Powerpoint presentation, but please pay attention that it does not cross the maximum size of 4cm X 4cm.

You will find a media-check in front of the “Europa Saal”. All presenters are requested to submit their presentation at least three hours before the start of their session to the media-check. If your session is in the morning, please submit your presentation the preceding evening.

We arranged speakers meetings (speakers breakfast, speakers lunch) to meet the other chairmen and the speakers in advance. The meetings will take place in the “Konferenzraum" 5 + 6. Further information will be given.
